Vacuum Sintering Furnace

The vacuum sintering furnace is suitable for operating temperature of 1000 deg C.
The hot zone chamber size of the furnace is 200 mm x 200 mm x 200 mm ( H x W x D).
TiO2 Granules of Size 6-10 mm is sintered inside the furnace at 1000 Deg C with vacuum of 10-4 mbar.
The vacuum chamber shell is made of Stainless Steel (SS304) material of cylindrical shape with thickness of 6 mm.
The SS chamber is front loading type with water jacketed flange for cooling.
The pumping system consists of diffusion pump, rotary vane pump, nitrogen trap etc.
The working vacuum inside the chamber is 2 X 10-4 mbar at temperature of 1000 Deg C in empty & dry condition within 6 hours.
The vacuum measurement will be done though digital penning & pirani gauge.
The leak rate of the system is better than 1X10-9std.cc/sec.
The temperature is controlled through PID programmable controller with N type duplex sensor.
All the system components are housed in the front panel for mounting of gauges, pump and switches & emergency button.
Water chiller system of 10 Ltr capacity is also supplied with the system.
