Pure Nickel Conductor

Pure nickel alloys has wide characteristic that useful  in the several fields. Nickel is highly resistance to various corrosion compared to other alloys. Also, high in electrical and thermal conductivity.

Annealed nickel has a low hardness, good tensile properties, and the malleability with this attributes make good weldablity and highly fabricated.

We produced different grades of pure nickel as per the international standards

  • Nickel 200 (UNS NO2200) is commercially pure nickel (99.6%) wrought nickel. It has good mechanical properties and excellent to many corrosive environments.Nickel 200 widely useful to the chemical industry, electronic parts, aerospace and defense industry and many more.
  •  Nickel 201 (UNS NO2201)has low base hardness and lower work hardening rate. Its suitable to multiple applications from spinning to cold forming . Nickel 201 is resistant to graphitization so it can used at temperature above 315°C.
  • Nickel 270 (UNS NO2270) is high purity grade of nickel. It has a low base hardness and high ductility. Its extreme purity is useful for components of thyratrons, resistant thermometer and many more

Also, In the joining industry this grades widely used. All, this grades has observed difference with thermal conductivity and Electrical Resistivity.
