Wszystkie te procesy w cementowni są bardzo zakurzone i zadymione, widoczność również nie jest dobra. Z tego powodu pomiar temperatury jest bardzo trudny do wykonania za pomocą jednokolorowego pirometru.
We have Ratio pyrometers AST A450C & AST A450C+ to measure temperatures at the Kiln Inlet, Burning Zone and Secondary Air. Ration pyrometers are less susceptible to errors caused by obscuration and dust. These Pyrometers can give an accurate temperature measurement even when there is 95% obscuration in the field of view. This provides an effective measurement for general monitoring with high accuracy.
Both Pirometry are available with different Analog & Digital output options. This provides remote monitoring & control from CCR with Accurate Temperature Measurement.
