Importance of Temperature Measurement in Glass Industries

Temperature plays a vital role in glass-forming process as the viscosity of glass completely depends on the thermal uniformity and any change in this particular factor will results in problems in the next stages of the glass forming process. So keeping in mind this important factor the accurate reading of the temperature of different part of the glass is vital.

We at Tempsens specialize in design and manufacture of high precision temperature sensor for Glass Industries. From 35 years we served major project re-builds with their total Temperature Sensor Solutions which includes Spout bowl to Stack Thermocouples.

Our customers are having long experience of service life with our Thermocouples.We use specially hardened platinum sheathing in our thimbles/claddings and all thermocouple elements used are Class 1 accuracy, duly calibrated in our in house NABL accredited laboratory, which is traceable to international standards.
