ABOUT
Cu-Ni alloys
Cuperonickel Alloy
Cupro-nickel alloys, within the context of metallurgy and the heating industry, refer to a specialized group of metallic materials meticulously crafted from copper (Cu) and nickel (Ni). The metallurgical synergy of these two elements results in alloys with tailored properties, making them pivotal in applications demanding both robust structural integrity and thermal performance.

Metallurgical Aspect
Cupro-nickel alloys are forged through a metallurgical journey wherein the precise blending of copper and nickel plays a pivotal role. The Cupro-nickel’s microstructure is carefully engineered to exhibit not only the mechanical strength imparted by nickel but also the inherent corrosion resistance characteristic of copper. This harmonious metallurgical composition ensures that the alloy maintains structural integrity under diverse thermal and environmental conditions.
Heating Industry Exploration
In the heating industry, cupro-nickel alloys shine as exemplary materials for heating elements, furnaces, and various thermal processing equipment. Their metallurgical properties, such as high thermal conductivity and resistance to oxidation and corrosion, make them indispensable in applications where efficient and reliable heat generation is paramount.
We are manufacturing the Cuperonickel alloys as per the accordance with DIN 17471. This alloys made in the Tempsens instrument private limited, Udaipur facilities with specialized equipment. The following grades are manufactured.
