Fiber optic sensing is a technology where optical fiber as a passive sensor can be used for various sensing applications. At Tempsens, we provide fiber optics sensing solutions with the aid of our dedicated R&D, design, electronics, and production team to measure temperature, strain, load, and acceleration for various industrial and commercial processes. Fiber optic sensors have various advantages over conventional electrical sensors, a few of which are; its reliability, small size and light weight, electromagnetic immunity, multi-point measurement and ability to be used in harsh environment as well.
Our precise and accurate fiber optics sensors quickly detects and respond to surface hot-spot conditions while triggering alarms and relays to protect important assets. It is suitable for hot-spot monitoring and condition monitoring application in commercial transportation, hydro and nuclear power plant station, oil and gas pipelines and harsh environments having high electromagnetic interference.
