Non-contact Temperature Measurements In Cement Plant

Kiln Inlet/Burning Zone/Secondary Air Duct Temperature Measurement

These all processes in cement plant are very dusty and smoky, visibility is also not good. For these reason, temperature measurement is very difficult to though Single Color Pyrometer.

We have Ratio pyrometers AST A450C& AST A450C+ to measure temperatures at the Kiln Inlet, Burning Zone and Secondary Air. Ration pyrometers are less susceptible to errors caused by obscuration and dust. These Pyrometers can give an accurate temperature measurement even when there is 95% obscuration in the field of view. This provides an effective measurement for general monitoring with high accuracy.

Both Pyrometers are available with different Analog & Digital output options. This provides remote monitoring & control from CCR with Accurate Temperature Measurement.
