EL 50 Pyrometer for Clinker Temperature Measurement

The cooled clinker coming from the cooler passes through a conveyer to cement silo, where the clinker store. Temperature measurement of Clinker after cooler is important measure, because if the temperature exceeds above 200°C, it will burn conveyor and can cause a major shutdown.

We have AST EL50 Pyrometer to measure Clinker temperature, through which temperature can be remotely monitored.

Single and more Pyrometers can be installed, as per conveyor size and requirement.

This model comes with different analog outputs, as per customer need, to provide fast & Accurate Temperature from Remote Locations.
