Bundle Rod Heater
Bundle rod heater is used with combination of radiant tubes which delivers high power, avoid refractory corrosion and avoid the gas impurity in process materials.

Edge Wound Heater
A nickel-chromium alloy (80/20 or 70/20) forms the basis of these heaters

Bobbin Heater in UAE

Panel Hopper Heater / Hopper Heater in UAE
Hopper heater is self-contained heaters whose design provides heat outputs up to 3 watts/squire inch, with a maximum circuit size of 4.5 KW depending on the application, the design of the hopper heater is such that it distributes heat over its entire surface.

Open Coil and Sinusoidal Strip Heaters
Indirect solution to decrease watt density requirements and prevent heat sensitive materials from breaking down.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to frequently asked questions related to Furnace Heaters.
An open coil heater is made of coiled heating element wire that has been arranged into a helical shape, and a sinusoidal strip heater is made of flat resistance wire that has been shaped into a wavy pattern. Although both can be used for heating applications in furnaces and air, they differ in geometric shape and watt density distribution.
Open coil and sinusoidal strip heaters provide faster heat up times than enclosed or sheathed heater designs because they transfer heat by radiance directly into the surrounding material (air or water) without an insulation layer between them.
Whether an open coil heater produces even or concentrated heating is determined by the element’s winding density and coil spacing. With a compactly designed coiled nozzle, an open coil heater enables full 360° heat output, with an optional way for evenly distributing the output wattage.
Hoppers are funnel-shaped containers used in power plants and industrial facilities to collect or transfer bulk materials, which include the collection of coal and ash, into their conveying system.
ESP hoppers utilize heaters to maintain hot temperatures in order to prevent ash from condensing or blocking the material away from the hoppers when discharging ash. This will allow for normal and flawless operation of the ESPs.
Hopper heaters require periodic inspections, in which you must check the heating elements, electrical couplings, and physical mounting hardware with the intent of your continued ability to perform and have long-lasting service to them.
Bobbin heaters are an excellent fit for use within petrochemical plants, oil refineries, chemical processing facilities, bitumen heating systems and furnace operations where high temperature applications exist (up to 600 °C), and can be configured based upon specific kerf requirements.
Yes, ceramic bobbin heaters are rated for continuous use up to 600 °C when using a combination of hightemperature ceramic insulation and ferritic/non-ferritic heating elements provide an inherently stable and safe means during longextented operation.
Bobbin heaters use ceramic insulators made from high-temperature refractory materials, which have excellent thermal resistance and electrical insulation properties to withstand the extreme industrial conditions typically found in the UAE.
Our furnace heaters cover all temperature ranges from ambient to 1600°C. Standard heaters are rated to 1100°C. Silicon carbide and molybdenum disilicide elements are used for the most demanding high temperature applications of up to 1600°C.
Your selection is dictated by operating temperature, atmospheric conditions, power requirements and furnace geometry. Tempsens' technical team can fully consult with you to recommend the best thermal furnace solution based on your industrial requirements for the Gulf.
Regular visual inspection of heating elements and electrical connections are important. The maintenance schedule is specific to the electric furnace heater type, and Gulf operating conditions, and is supported by Tempsens' maintenance manuals.
