The industrial landscape is demanding of thermal solutions across the gulf region, and Tempsens is able to provide those thermal solutions using nickel alloy and heating element wire technology. Our nickel conductor systems supply critical power across oil refineries in the UAE, petrochemical sites in Qatar, and manufacturing complexes in Saudi Arabia. With our decades of metallurgical experience, we manufacture resistance wire for heating applications to ensure we are performing better in the extreme Gulf conditions. Each element wire is comprehensive tested through NABL accredited laboratories to provide the highest quality thermal performance and operation for your application. Tempsens has embedded nickel alloy solutions into mission-critical heating and temperature measurement systems across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
As opposed to generic alloy suppliers, Tempsens brings decades of metallurgical experience, state-of-the-art in-house wire processing, and specialty manufacturing to fulfill worldwide thermocouple and heater requirements. Each conductor—bar, rod, or wire—is processed and tested in NABL-certified laboratories to national and international standards of thermal and electrical performance.

Types of Nickel Alloys
- Pure Nickel (Ni200/201):
This is the cleanest form of nickel we work with—highly ductile, corrosion-resistant, and perfect when you need reliable electrical conductivity in demanding environments
- Nichrome (NiCr 80:20 )
High-resistance heat alloy commonly used in electric furnaces and heaters because of its oxidation resistance and stability.
- Copper-Nickel (CuNi 95:5, 90:10, 70:30):
Provides higher corrosion resistance in chemical and marine environments, typically found in heating mats and piping.
- Thermocouple Alloys (Types K, J, T, N, E):
Nickel alloys with applications to accurate temperature measurement in industrial thermocouples.
Extension & Compensating Alloys:
Nickel alloy types for extending thermocouple
signals without loss of accuracy and thermal EMF stability.
